Yuuuuuuuuuup. That is Dennis Rodman in a "popemobile" 

Rodman's trip to Vatican City had something to do with campaigning for Peter Turkson, the cardinal from Ghana, but the former basketball player apparently went there to receive a Mercedes custom-built "Popemobile" as well. 

Built to match the one Pope Benedict XVI used while in office, though not quite accurate we might add, Rodman's "Popemobile" was spotted making its way through Rome yesterday.  He's hoping to gain an audience with the new Pope b/c he is after all the "Self Appointed Foreign Relations Consultant"
