Atomic Burger's "Atomic Fallout" burger is topped with a burger sauce made with two of the world's hottest chilles -- the ghost chile and the Scotch bonnet -- and is so spicy that the brave patrons who order are asked to wear protective gloves. 

Spiciness aside, the burger is a strange one. Instead of buns, the burger features two deep-fried pizza slices. The portion size is massive, too, with 18 oz. of beef, 18 oz. of cheese and a triple portion of chili fries.
