Official Rules
1. There is no entry fee. One entry per person. One entry per household. Any duplications will automatically be disqualified.
2. Employees of Federated Media, other radio stations, all additional sponsors and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in this contest.
3. Winners are responsible for any prize obligation (taxes, etc.) and must meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Winners consent to allow Federated Media the use of their name, voice and or likeness for promotional advertisements for the station with no monetary or other compensation.
5. Winners must waive any and all claims of liability against Federated Media and their parent company Pathfinder Communications, and all respective employees and agents, and all participating sponsors for any personal injury or loss, which may occur from participation in the contest or from the use of any prize. Winners must sign this liability form that releases Federated Media, Pathfinder Communications other owners and related entities from any liability.
6. Winners are solely responsible for claiming their prize and/or fulfilling travel arrangements. Prizes are claimed at the Federated Media offices during regular business hours. Any prize not claimed within a reasonable time period will become property of Federated Media. To claim prize, winner must submit satisfactory evidence of his/her identity to the Federated Media office management staff.
7. Winners must be at least 18 years of age and be able to produce proper identification to claim prize. This includes all passport and processing fees. Other restrictions apply.
8. No cash or substitute prize will be awarded in lieu of the advertised prize. Prizes are non-transferable. If a winner cannot accept the prize as offered, he/she will forfeit the prize, and another winner will be selected.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter any Federated Media contest. Only one Federated Media contest* may be won within a 45 day period.
10. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
11. Participants in this contest agree to the above rules, as well as any additional rules which may be implemented. Rules are subject to change without prior notification. Any rule changes will be published. Rules are available at the Federated Media studios, 1005 Production Rd., Fort Wayne, IN 46808 or 2915 Maples Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46816 during regular business hours, 8:00-5:00 Monday-Friday.
12. Decision of the judges is final and management has the right to revise these rules at their discretion.

PRIZE LIMITATION RULES
One winner per household every 45 days for any of our contests. This includes prizes won across any of the following federated media stations: K105/WMEE/WOWO/ESPN 1380.
Exceptions to the 45 day rule may be made with "major contests". See the rules for those contests.
One winner per household for any major contest such as Cash or Concert tickets regardless of the value of the prize won or the length of contest. In other words, you can't win the same contest twice.
Some contests will require longer periods between winners, those rules will be posted here.
One winner per 45 days for any prize valued over $100 across any FederatedMedia station (WQHK/WMEE/WBYR/WFWI/WOWO/WKJG)
Violation of any of these rules will result in forfeiture of all prizes won on WMEE. Attempted violation may result in suspension from eligibility to all contests on WMEE.
Prizes must be picked up within thrity days during normal business hours at our studios at 2915 Maples Rd in Fort Wayne.
PLEASE READ BELOW, IF YOU HAVE WON MONEY OR A PRIZE VALUED AT $600.00 OR HIGHER
In consideration of the acceptance of the prize mentioned above, the undersigned releases Pathfinder Communications Corporation dba WMEE/WQHK/WKJG/WOWO, their employees and agents, from all claims of nature, injury, warranties, and claims of merchantability arising out of acceptance of the prize won.
Furthermore, the undersigned is advised that acceptance of the prize is likely to result in both Federal and State income taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Pathfinder Communications Corporation will comply with Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements relating to the undersigned’s receipt of the prize and corresponding value stated above.
If the total value of the prize, or combination of prizes for a calendar year, total or exceed $600.00, the undersigned will receive a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes. Form 1099’s are mailed no later than January 31st of the year following receipt of the prize.
The undersigned acknowledges that he/she understands, and has complied with, all rules of the contest and also gives permission for his/her name and/or photographs to be used in any promotional material.
The undersigned certifies that he/she has read the release, understands its terms and, in signing this release, acknowledges the receipt of the above stated prize and acceptance of the stated value of the prize.

These are the WMEE Living Room Makeover 2009 Contest Rules
The contest runs 9/21/09-10/16/09
One Entry per Household
All photos and entries will be screened by WMEE before they are made public on the site.
One grand prize will be awarded.
Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
The contest is open to "local" households only which is within the signal area of WMEE which is set for contest purposes as 60 miles from the center of Fort Wayne, IN
Improper and or incomplete registrations will result in deletion of entry.
Use of fake or false email registration during the voting process will result in disqualification.
WMEE assumes no responsibility for email, server or website failure at anytime during this contest.
These rules can be amended at any time without advance notice.
Decisions of the WMEE management and promotional department are final.
WMEE has the right to terminate this contest at any time for any reason.
WMEE can decide to omit and disqualify a contestant from the contest at anytime upon management's discretion.
Winner may be asked to be photographed for promotional purposes by the WMEE staff.
